TRIBUTE AND INNOVATION
The origin of our hospitality
Where pioneering spirit meets contemporary serenity.
In 1865, the Welsh viscount Love Jones Parry landed on these shores to behold an endless horizon and open a new chapter in Patagonia. More than a century and a half later, Parry Smart Hotel pays tribute to that explorer spirit with the first smart hotel in the region: a concept that goes beyond conventional hospitality to offer refined design, acoustic calm and complete independence. Here, innovation does not impose artifice; it blends into the setting to look after your rest. Every space has been designed to balance architectural purity with Patagonian warmth, offering an exclusive, low-density sanctuary steps from the sea breeze of Golfo Nuevo.
SHARED CARE
Our Commitment to Coexistence, Rest and Transparency
Guidelines designed to protect your well-being, hygiene and rest.
To guarantee an impeccable standard of cleanliness, air quality and tranquility throughout every guest's stay:
Clean Air and Smoke-Free Spaces: All rooms and indoor areas are 100% free of tobacco smoke and vaping, protecting the health and clean air of the whole community.
Care of Rooms and Common Areas: To keep fabrics clean and avoid lingering odors in the suites, food is to be consumed in the breakfast room during its morning hours.
Designated Areas for Mate and Hot Drinks: The breakfast room and the outdoor garden are set up for enjoying the ritual of mate, coffee or tea. The rooms and the area immediately around the pool are reserved for rest and kept free of hot drinks.
Privacy and Guest-Only Access: For safety and privacy reasons, the hotel facilities, pool and gardens are for the exclusive use of the people registered on the booking.
Human-Scale Architecture: The property is a traditional three-level building accessed by stairs (there is no elevator).
Parking in a Residential Setting: The hotel does not have private covered parking on site; Vesta Street is a quiet, safe residential street with plenty of free on-street parking in front of the building.
